Different Type of stones

Granite Stone

Granite is one of the top choices for home improvement projects – especially countertops – for good reason. It is renowned to have excellent durability and it comes in a variety of colors that make it ideal to be used in different implementations. It can be used in kitchens, bathrooms, around fireplaces and some other locations throughout your home. It can withstand high temperatures while also being maintenance-free, making it a great choice for countertops. Consider granite as a lifetime investment.

Quartz Stone

The quartz stone has a rich look and feel to it but is more affordable compared to granite which is one of the reasons why it is one of the top choices for home improvement projects. Although quartz is a product of human engineering, it has a natural look to it while being much more durable. It is a non-porous material, so you don’t have to worry about staining making it a great option for countertops and baths. If you’re going for an upscale look without paying a premium for it, quartz is a great option.

Marble Stone

Marble occupies the higher end of the market when it comes to stones and tiles. But it’s hard to argue with the material’s appearance – it looks beautiful. Marble is formed as a result of extreme heat and pressure. Each marble slab is unique with beautiful colors and intricate lines throughout the stone. Marble is available in a variety of colors and being waterproof and heatproof, works well in a variety of home improvement projects. Please note that it does require a certain degree of maintenance to prevent stains.

Sand Stone

Sandstone is a sedimentary rock composed of sand mineral particles (such as quartz or feldspar). This natural stone is very durable and is resistant to weather elements as well. Its use has been widespread, going back to ancient times.

Sandstone is an excellent choice as a landscaping and building stone. You’ll often find it used for garden benches, patio tables or swimming pool edges.

Blue Stone

Bluestone is a sedimentary rock – a dense form of sandstone. Bluestone comes in a variety of hues and is known for being durable and resistant to all weather conditions. Its non-slip surface due to fine-grained texture makes it great for walkways, swimming pool edges and patios.
